Poor customer service. Wouldn't return an item after 2 weeks even though I had a receipt, it wasn't used at all, in mint condition and no explanation to why it can't be refunded. Absolute joke, never going back!

I always go there now, cheaper than most chemists for my Prescriptions, a busy little Pharmacist, and if they don’t have it he gets it in asap, like that he looks after my scripts and let’s me know I’m on the last of them.

I did not use to compare prices when going in a pharmacy, What a MISTAKE. I was flabbergasted to see that in this pharmacy I paid only 29.95 for my calcium and vitamin D tablets, compared to 45.99 for the exact quantities and make, I use to pay in a pharmacy I prefer not to identify. I invite you to wake up and COMPARE prices. They also have the rebate for concession prescriptions contrary to what is posted. I had excellent service there! THIS IS NOT AN ADD

The male pharmacist/owner is the nastiest piece of work, I've witnessed him yelling and arguing with a customer. The indian girl is rude, I tried to ask her about a medication and she just ignored me and walked away. This is a non PBS pharmacy (which they dont advertise) so elderly dont get their scripts at a subsidised price, instead they are charged full price, which is just robbery when they're on a pension. Dont waste your time just go to Terry White where you will be treated in a professional manner.
