Today i called 1 hour ago and asked for a flue jab and if i could walk in. The staff said yes you can come and have a flu shot, but when I walked in as per agreement over the phone, the staff was arrogant and asked me to book online and said they couldn’t do it today. Wastage of time and resources, won’t see it again

Each time I’ve been to this pharmacy they are very efficient I have the state of the art medication dispensing system that I’ve ever seen. They basically program into the computer what they want and the robotic arm does all the rest in distributes the medication and releases it through a slot, very impressive.The pharmacy is located at centre point shopping centre in Midland which is across the road from the train station and very easy to find.The staff are always friendly and accommodating and are very knowledgeable with all facets of the pharmacy.The other bonus with this pharmacy is that it is open to 11 o’clock.

Had to stop in the morning for some medication. My bub had fallen asleep on the car ride there. Once I parked (out the front), I called to ask if they could still help me from my car. They brought the medication to the car and I was able to pay by card as they had the card machine with them ready to go. Super helpful! Great service!

Mia,wow! What a rude woman. She lost a prescription and made up a story to the manager in regard to this matter and told me I hadn't handed it in.Mistake corrected the next day no thanks to her. Treats some customers like we are beneath her. Very upsetting.

I found the staff were arrogant and rude when they're in the wrong.Too busy asking if you've ever used the product and then on to more questions to up-sell other products, to actually read the doctor's instructions of no replacement". Plus the name of the cream was included on the script

First time at this pharmacy but my mum and I were very impressed by the professional and helpful service from Jade. We are also very pleased to know that this store opens 7 days from 7AM to 11PM. Great service team, we are very appreciated your excellent service.
