Ever since the main chemist, Julia left, the place seems to be struggling. There's a distinct lack of staff!!!!Bring back Julia AND bring more staff! If you can't get staff, offer to pay MORE!!!! The laws of supply and demand apply to wages too!!

Very disappointed with the service at this store. Was left waiting at the counter to be served. Seems I was invisible! Then to my surprise the pharmacist proceeded to undermine my doctor and hold my new script from me. Also the signage on the store front advertises their business hours yet they open an hour late and close over an hour early. If you are wanting a straight forward transaction at minimal inconvenience then I suggest you look elsewhere as this is NOT the store for you!

Be aware that google maps said that it is open at 8.30 am on Sundays, but it is not true, the store is closed.

Jelena is incredible! So enlightening. I posed a simple question and was so welcome for the response that was informative on so many different levels that I didn’t know I needed. She shared a genuine interest for my concern, and I’ll be back on Friday/Saturday to buy supplementation to reach a goal of mine.

Head management and head office need to self examine and reflect on why their staff has such a high turnover across their brand compared with other chains. Lack of experienced staff to operate a pharmacy properly and it shows. Feel sorry for the ones still there to cope.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for few years now. Great professional team and knowledgeable pharmacists especially Julia She is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. Thanks Julia for your help always. Plus all the front staff are very nice and friendly. Great team!

My partner and I both absolutely love SuperChem and couldn't rate their customer support and care highly enough. Even when they relocated further away, and we relocated several suburbs away, I still make my way to come to this pharmacy. Each pharmacist has always shown the utmost care and respect, as well as genuine support for their customers. They have always helped me out when I have needed them; always so kind and understanding when I have needed their help when interstate. Pharmacist, Ganga, went above a beyond for me today while stuck interstate in quarantine, providing the support I was struggling to find locally as a traveler. Will stick with these guys even if we move out further I think!

Corner Beaufort + Bulwer Street.Asked to buy generic brand Atenolol advertised @ $6.30 on website. After paying it was noticed I was charged $9. Should have been told the cheaper brand was unavailable.Went last week during weekday [not a public holiday] about middle of day. Place locked up with no explanation on front door. No wonder the place is always empty. Next time one sees a business going to the wall there are very good reasons why.

No understanding of confidentiality for medical conditions, openly talking about my medications in a loud voice in front of other customers, leaving scripts open on the counter in front of other customers. The owners need to train staff in how to maintain client privacy. I thought that would be a standard level of professionalism for a pharmacist but apparently not.
