Chemist Warehouse Mirrabooka Square

My mum and I went in here today. Both Shae and Tania were so friendly and helpful. They both went out of their way to find the things we needed. Also the lady at the checkouts was lovely too.Thank you ladies. It made our shopping experience today great.

Chemist WH in the mirrabooka shopping centre. Sh*t customer service from this tall guy at the front counter. Smirked at us and didn't even let us know he was waiting for payment and just stood there. Then laughed off with his colleague when we left and doesn't even say thanks

Service is absolutely terrible. I will pay the extra money and go elsewhere. Rude assistants who completely ignore you when you're waiting to pick up a script. Will never go here again. These staff and The Pharmacist need to learn customer service. Pharmacist also wearing his mask under his nose.

The staff member are rude! Drop my script in came back 30mins after dropping it in even tho the staff member said come back 15mins it will be ready.When I returned 30mins later with my shopping (cild food and freezer food)The staff member wanted me to wait an extra 15mins just so they can place the labels on.When I ask for my script back so I can go closer to home. I seen the pharmacist grab my medication box but the labels on and handed it to other staff member to handed it to me.Getting tell to wait 15mins just for label is ridiculous after handing my scripts 30mins ago.Won't be returning to rude staff members.

If you want your blood pressure to rise this is the joint to go , The woman who served me was arrogant, dumb and disorganized,I was told to come back in 20 minutes, when I went after 2 hours it was not ready , after 30 minutes the goods came , when I asked for my safety net record they had misplaced it , then they had to look at the camera to locate it , it took another 20 minutes, I will not step into this miserable place ever again , I feel extremely sorry for the aged and the innocent who go to this shop more like a pharmacy in the republic of China

The security lady was checking random things iny trolley bought somewhere else, asking for a receipt from coles looking at it briefly and stating it was on There when it was and the item was not even from chemist warehouse.She kept questioning me about an item that she only after realised they don't sell at chist whare house.

Go in with my daughter regularly and do enjoy the shopping experience I get. Matt the pharmacist is amazing and takes the time to help you make sure a product is right for you. Will keep going back.
