Chemist Warehouse Hay Street Perth

This place has loads of goods, medicine, vitamins, cosmetic products, and even perfume. They also have some good deals on some of their products. The shop assistants are very helpful and friendly. I'd recommend going to this particular chemistry rather than any other in town for better prices.

The worst experience ever. I wrote an email to them about they overcharging me 3 bottles of supplements but they never responded. Disappointed!

After an extremely negative experience at another Chemist Warehouse store, I visited the Hay Street location on Sunday. The pharmacist on duty and sales counter staff were polite and friendly, knowing what I needed even though I gave the wrong brand name. Although the other location is closer, I'll happily travel the extra distance to give my business to the Hay Street location.

If I could rate 0 I would. The experience I had in this store was absolutely horrific and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there and I’m never ever returning. I had a traumatic birth and a very prem baby, I had ordered 4 packs of premmie nappies which I didn’t end up using because baby had to stay in hospital and when I managed to get to the shop to try and return them (only 20 days of ordering) I was told that the returns policy was 7 days. I asked if I could exchange them and it was a flat out no. I explained my situation and that I was not stuck with $70 worth of nappies I couldn’t use and asked if I could exhnge them for the bigger size and it was still a no. Not as though they couldn’t sell the products (they’re nappies and sealed and we’re in perfect saleable condition) pretty much just stole my money and let me deal with it when I’d been through hell and back and still managed to get there within a short period of time.Had visited North Perth that day and they returned a product without even blinking an eye at me on the same day! So not sure what this stores problem is and also couldn’t show any consideration to my situation and not being able to move much after the birth. Will never ever return! Disgusting service.

Staff was super helpful, prices always good - I buy monthly prescription that ends up almost double at other pharmacies. Totally out of my way but happy to make the trip every couple of weeks. Very busy at times and make sure to look for parking ahead of time ( or walk if possible), but with a bit of understanding people there will make up for it.

Helpful staff and pharmacists.Just go in and ask them if you need something organised - they're only too happy to accommodate.

The prices are generally lower than other pharmacies, but they make up for this with shockingly poor service. I presented a prescription, but was told it was out of stock, but that if I paid for it, it would be ordered and I would be contacted in two days when it arrived. Well I wasn't contacted, the stock never arrived, and eventually I had to demand a refund - all a huge drama, grossly inefficient and incompetent!
