Small pharmacy with reasonable selection of skincare; makeup; some gifts & health essentials. Staff & pharmacists very helpful & much more friendly & not nosey". They don't & give one the "Spanish Inquisition" like 99% of staff at other local pharmacies."

This place is the worst.I came in to see if the pharmacist can certify a couple pages of copies. The older woman behind the counter was extremely rude. She was shaking her head saying 'NOT RIGHT NOW, ABSOLUTE NOT RIGHT NOW, PEOPLE ARE WAITING HAFL AN HOUR FOR SCRIPTS'. The place was not even that busy. There are millions other ways to ask people to come back another time.I hope management can see this review.

WOW! The staff at Broadwater Pharmacy are so wonderful - over & above service - such a standout in this world. Under the Australian Consumer Law, when you buy products and services they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what you asked for. I was sold something that did not do what I asked for. When I took it back for a refund or they outright refused to give me a refund and said I had to follow it up with the manufacturer.
