Friendly staff and always had good customer service experiences but it is very frustrating when they don't open on time. This has happened multiple times for me. If you have set opening hours. Stick to them.

For over five years now I’ve been going to Kenwick Pharmacy for my over the counter medications as well as other items I need from time to time. The staff have always been so kind and friendly. They remember not only me but also the standard purchases I make each visit. The over the counter medications I require are always in stock.I have no doubt that over the past two years covid has added so many extra challenges for the staff but not once has that diminished the quality customer service I’ve always received. Over a year ago I discovered that they had in stock a confectionary item that both myself and my 92 year old grandmother really love but is hard to find. Having shared that with the staff when I first purchased them they have gone above and beyond to keep a supply in stock for us. A kind and compassionate gesture that both my grandmother and I truly appreciate With my grandmother in a nursing home those treats bring her so much joy and enjoyment and a great deal of credit for that goes to the staff at Kenwick Pharmacy. To the staff, on behalf of both my grandmother and myself please accept our heartfelt thanks for all that you do. To quote my grandmother each and every one of you is “a good egg”.

I went to certify a document with pharmacist Chin. The stamp he used was so dry that i could not even see what he stamped . When i pointed this to him, he said This is all i can do" and still charged me 4$. Shameless person."

Poor level of service

Been trying to call all morning, Finally got through and call cut of after being on hold. Been trying almost a dozen times since then and not one call has gotten through. What's up with the phones?

Very bad experience. Whenever I went to certify my documents in this pharmacy that lady pharmacist (Lina )very rude, shows so much attitude, ask for wait for 30 minutes, even though she does not have any customer. They are not certify documents for free we pay money to certify our document. Never recommend anyone to go and certify documents from this pharmacist.
