Always friendly (that's the name of the place btw - duh!). Prices are as one may expect but ate usually cheaper. Lots of good advice from these people.

In the past I have had good experience but annoyed today. My prescription medication has been hard to source in the PBS brand, supply is low around Australia. I phoned on the weekend and a locum told me they had the identical medication in stock in another brand and would substitute the product (other pharmacies have done this for me in the past). They put the medicine aside for collection the next day. I drove to High Wycombe and was told by the regular chemist that they can't do the substitution. My only option would be to pay full price for the other brand. A phone call to save me the trip would have been appreciated, or better still they could have followed through on the promise and just told me they wouldn't be able to do it in future. I wouldn't have phoned on the weekend and driven out of my way if it wasn't an urgent request.

It started off as a Very disappointing experience, I would not normally go to social media, but could not find an email address on their website. My Wife and I frequently went to this Chemist for regular script and non script medicine for our 3 young children, I had an escript with 4 repeats, they would only give me 1 of the 2 repeats (the anti inflammatory that I asked for) and blamed the escript even though it is not an addictive medicine. If The escript is at fault why was i issued a script at all? The worst thing is that they have old stock, these only last until January 22, only 4 months at a stretch! I can go months without needing them, but when I do need them I need them. I ended up going to a pharmacy around the corner, got my second script and this has 12 more months than the one I received from advantage pharmacy High Wycombe.After a quick response from Bill, my issues were sorted quickly and professionally. Bill took the time to explain in person the process for Escripts and how the scripts are picked. I understand now that there is no issues caused by the Staff or Advantage Pharmacy. Thank you.

Might be time to update your trading hours so no more customers waste their time when you have already closed.

Absolutely appalled at this chemist's theft of my money, in the form of hugely over inflated price that I paid for some APO brand cold sore cream. I usually only pay around $10 for the 5g tube of generic cold sore cream and I thought she said $7.99 but it turned out to be $18 !! (oh sorry, $17.99 - much cheaper...). I checked online and the same brand cold sore cream is selling for $9.50 and that is INCLUDING delivery to your door!I will never ever go into that chemist again and I intend to report this huge price inflation to the Dept of Fair trading. Surely there must be laws of how much they can charge for products.Yes it was my fault for not asking how much it was prior to buying. But shops like this have a duty of care to provide fair prices to the public.
