Chemist Warehouse Midland Gate

Pharmacy section is pretty bad. Any time I request for my script to be made up for me before I arrive, in person but mainly when I reply to their sms request to dispense, they never have it ready. Even when I give them 3 days to do it.

Rude customer service. The guy at the cash counter who went by the name K**$h was rude and disrespectful.

My husband and I went to Chemist Warehouse in Midland Gate and one of their staff was really horrible - terrible customer service. The usual cashier in my experience is lovely as is her customer service. Unfortunately this old lady with blonde plaited hair and glasses served me and her attitude was just totally unpleasant as if she did not want to be there. After she processed my purchases she did not assist with a bag and made no effort to help packing my purchases in my shopping trolley. Just stood there and glared at me and then her only comment was to tell me how I had saved with my purchases. I would definitely prefer to pay more and get treated with more respect. Last time I will be going to that shop. Unhappy!!

The line for check out was very long but staff were very quick and efficient didn't wait more than 5 mins well done to the 4 staff meaning the check outs

Love the range of products and the pharmacists and floor staff have always been super friendly despite the fact it's always very busy.The one complaint I have is with the management. I've heard a lady named Book, Beck, Bucky, I don't know or care really, but the way she spoke to her employees was despicable. She's unprofessional speaking to her colleagues like that when customers can hear her. I dread to think how she speaks to them when they can't.

Never been in a store where the aisles are so narrow. You have trouble squeezing past people, and that’s if they’re thin. Sometimes Service is terrible too. I ordered my prescriptions online with app and obviously the order got lost in cyber space or overlooked, probably human error and overlooked. After couple days When I messaged them it was then done. Then when I received notification it was ready I went to collect and they couldn’t find it….whole process was a bit of a joke…just gotta laugh!!

Longest wait times ever, I won't be back

Saturday afternoon dropped in several scripts and bought other products so didn't realise that I was missing a script. Went back i Sunday to be told it's not on our computer so I can't help you and none of the team from yesterday are here today. Was told that someone would check the cameras tomorrow and get back to me. It's Thursday now and I've heard nothing. Not the first time I've had poor service from them.

Phoned to have a perfume put aside and explained that due to work commitments, I won’t be able to come in until the following day. The lady I spoke to assured me that they would keep the perfume for me and said they also put a note to say that I will be picking it up the following day. I then drove 40 minutes to get there just to find out that they have sold the perfume to someone else instead. Useless cu…. can’t write that word here.

Today I received such amazing service and advice from a beautiful young lady here, unfortunately I did not catch her name but she was the skin care rep I believe. She was so helpful! A real credit to your team!
