I’d give a zero star if that were possible. Rude and overpriced!Went in to get my script filled and the pharmacist charged me 3 times the cost. I let her know that I couldn’t afford to buy at that price and if I could get my script back. I didn’t say anything negative about their price part from how I wasn’t prepared to pay that much.She went on to berate me about how I’m not supporting a local business.There was no need for that. 0/10 would not recommend and advise to get your scripts filled elsewhere.

Zero customer service skills. Abused my wife when she asked told them she would buy a brand they were out of stock of elsewhere. Claimed she wasn't supporting local business and bullied her (his own words) into buying another brand.Spoke to him on the phone and was told to shut up and listen. Never had an experience this poor in my life. Pharmacists are meant to care about thier customers and community.

me husband had bad experience in the customer service only the lady name seira was not good and andrew was very good to us and some of my i had a chat two couple and another one lady had had bad experience of customer service that lady hope she change her bad customer service today i have to take my friend to esperance to buy the important medication of her husband because she band to buy a medicine here so i feelso hurt

Not very helpful. We needed some Asthma medication a bit more than ventalion , would not help us or serve us. Said we needed a DR script which would have been ok if there was a doctor in town, even though they are the only chemist in town and there was only one Doctor she could not get us a telephone conference with him during working hours or give us a contact number.as a result we had to drive 45 minutes away and sit in a 24 hour clinic for hours to see a DR. The patient was sick and needed medical help
