I was given the third degree when I asked for a single ventolin, as mine had run out whilst on holiday. They insisted on phoning my usual pharmacy and making me wait for 20 minutes. I’ll take my business to a pharmacy where I’m not made to feel like a criminal for purchasing a simple over the counter med that I’ve been taking since I was 2.

Always get my medication at this chemist and spend quite a bit on four medications that I take each month and the staff are great ,but today had to get a medication over the counter ,( not my prescription drugs) and only had five dollars on me, so had to use my card and because it was under ten dollars they had to charge me fifty cent ,its not the fifty cent but you would think cos I buy my medication there all the time and I'm a regular customer they wouldn't ask for fifty cent as they make quite alot off of me , just a bit disappointed as a regular customer. I think I wont be so loyal from now on .

Shop is clean and well stocked but owner is not very compassionate. When I told her I couldn't afford my script (which was distressing for me) she smiled and said no worries" while handing me back by script

Customer service by the lady with the orange hair was horrible. Was more focused on complaining to her friend on how busy she is then actually dealing with the customer standing right in front of her. She then proceeded to walk away when done talking to her friend, continuing to ignore the customer. Seems miserable at her job so probably shouldn’t be doing it

Honestly go somewhere else if you can. Its literally always shut at random times when i need something for cleaning" would be fine if they are actually cleaning. Watched them just having a good old chat for 15min"

Joke of a pharmacy. Encourages cash instead of card against COVID-safe best practices. Charged an 8.5% surcharge on a $6 card transaction in contravention of ACCC / RBA payment regulations - have lodged complaint with ACCC regarding this practice.

Old school service that goes above and beyond. I've had several really positive experiences both with care for my elderly mother and young children. Exactly what you want out of your local community chemist.

It used to be fantastic. But closing for an hour in middle of the day, insisting customers spend over $10 if using a card and very slow service has made me travel elsewhere. Very sad!!

Bought a dress from here. No proper change room, had to try the dress on in an office with a windows in the door. When I tried the dress on at home I realised it was a size too big. The shop refuse to exchange or refund due to Covid. I was not informed that the would not accept returns when I made the purchase.
