The staff at this store are rude. Everyone understands you are busy, but a simple acknowledgment of the customers waiting at the scripts counter would go a long way. Rather than just ignoring them for 10mins.

The lady at the front door was extremely rude. I needed my prescription medication and refused me to enter because the store would be closing shortly, however still was open until 5:30pm. Prescription medication is important and I am disappointed that I couldn’t speak to the pharmacist within open hours to get what is essential.

Rude is understatement. Probably lack of understanding local culture of respect. Got told off for asking for assistance both times. After several minutes, went to counter for payment and the man was there serving NOT still happy and scolded me with a stern face. Never experienced in my entire life. Firstly, I laughed and then was really confused :) At least I could complain it to the duty manager.

Thank you so much Andrew, you went above and beyond to help me find my vitamins. You helped me find the right brands for what I needed. Excellent customer service, highly recommend him.

I met a very careless staff and I had extremely bad experience in this store . I passed two different prescription tokens to her. Then, I was only given one medicine but in double quantity. I asked for other medicine. The staff who served me kept telling me there was only one prescription in the system. We had a long arguement and I was requesting for the original copies of my prescription tokens to prove my statement. she couldn't find it and the first staff who served me has gone for lunch. However, she again kept telling me that there was only one prescription in their system as if I was acting stupidly in the shop. The staffs then checked the CCTV and somehow they managed to find my prescription token for the other medicine to prove that I was right. The pharmacist came to me with no sign of apologies and just told me they will prepare my prescription now.The management of the store shall look into this matter seriously. Their attitude to serve the customers diligently require much improvement.My advice to those who wish to get their prescriptions in this store, think twice and make sure you have photos taken on your prescription token. Aske them to check CCTV immediately when something goes wrong. I was spending time in explaining and arguing with the staffs.

Store won't accept return when one of the products had red stains on its inner seal (admittedly I shouldn't have cleaned most of it). I had no receipt but can easily proof my purchase from bank transaction. Saying that it's ok since it hasn't been opened" has gotta be one of the worst responses I've ever heard."

Come here regularly to stock up on supplements and multivitamins as it's across the road from my gym. The new security guard who looks like he has just escaped from jail himself with his silver grill teeth decided to flex his authority and rudely search my bag after watching me enter, grab 2 items and walk straight to the counter and pay. He then explained to me how it's his job to search peoples bags, to which I asked why the couple before me hadn't had theirs searched? Anyway I'll shop somewhere else cause this was a first for me and very embarrassing. What happened to the security guard with the pony tail that has been here for at least the 2 years I've been coming here. He was an absolute gentleman. Where's he working? I'll go shop there.

I was waiting here almost an hour after dropping my prescription. I needed to ask the worker there many times for my medicine and it seemed like they did not care. After 45 minutes, I still keep asking for my medicine and the girl just started to prepare my order. I do not recommend this shop. The stuffs are un-respectful. Poor service.

Unfortunately very short staffed with staff assisting customers with scripts or items in stock. On my visit there were plenty of staff filling shelves with stock but only one lady helping people with scripts. There were 11 people in front of me waiting to hand scripts in when I joined the que. 3 pharmacists preparing scriptsI phoned ahead to order and pay for my script but by the time I got to the counter I was still given a buzzer and told wait would be at least 35 mins.The store itself was tidy, well stocked and fast service once at register to pay.
