Incompetent or mean, who’s to say.Went to this pharmacy to pick up a friend’s prescription, but the pharmacist changed my friends name on her prescription? Which is incredibly weird or an attack on my friend

Visited pharmacy; the gentleman behind the counter stood with his back facing me, while he finished a 5 min social chat with the security lady. Not a good look.. no apology for delay, or even a coutesy thank you in reply to my thankyou once the transaction completed.

The staff , i mean the pharmacist herself is the utmost . Accomodating and very pleasant . I will continue to use this facility because of her ! I live local so it is easy but cannot be happier with my service which includes privacy but the localism that this pharmacy includes . I am welcomed and given professional service and advice . Thank you to them

I went here today to get Rikodeine for a dry persistent cough.I was shocked when the pharmacy assistant came down for payment for a 200ml bottle. $49.95!!!!I questioned them why is was so expensive? I only bought a bottle the other week for my sister for $20.To my surprise the assistant replied this is the normal price now.I proceeded to call my friend who owns a pharmacy and ask if he could get me a bottle. He explained to me there is a supply issue at the moment and that pharmacies are raising the price because people are abusing it.It’s interesting as this is called supply and demand. How on earth is this suppose to prevent people from abusing the substance?Needless to say I didn’t walk out with the Rikodeine and proceeded to drive to Chemist warehouse to pay the right price.Chemist Warehouse charges only $19.49!!I worry that this pharmacy is taking advantage of people who are unable to drive to another pharmacy when the price is too much. Or don’t know any better.I am not one to write a review but I feel this is completely unacceptable of a pharmacy to take advantage of customers with a RRP more than double of a competing pharmacy.

Very poor service, rude staff and they do not know how the products that they sell work.

My elderly, pension, non native speaking Mother in Law took a prescription for a special skin cream, from the doctor over the road. It cost $70. When she got home she found that it had been opened and used. She got two applications from what was left. She did not go to complain because she is old and doesn't speak English very well.

I can't recommend this pharmacy enough. I've been quite a few times and the pharmacist and staff have always been great. I had my Covid booster there and they looked after me and were just fantastic, very knowledgeable and not afraid to give me advice. Thanks for the great service! Lara
