the worst chemist every time I go there i am disappointed. they are so slow the kinross chemist over the other side is awesome im never going to super chem ever again lol. only when I'm desperate.

I wish I looked at this place before I thought of supporting this place today. This place deserves no stars! No customer service by the rude pharmacist (with dark hair). There were signs about them being short staffed, but that doesn't mean you forget to tell your customers what they should and shouldn't do with their medication. Wasn't asked any basic information, didn't check if there were any allergies, NOTHING. She just called out the $ and then pointed to the eftpos machine. It was the first and only time I will be supporting this business. The Kinross Pharmacy near the school was an awesome experience. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SUPPORTING THIS APPALLING PLACE.

Saturday 15/8/2020. 8:05am - Not yet open. 8:06am Dark haired woman, who is usually the rude pharmacist, starts opening doors. Begrudgingly greets me. Doors are open. Instead of assisting me, proceeds to start packing out the trinkets for display outside the store as though I'm not even there. I took my scripts with me as I walked away. She will never see me in her pharmacy again. Well done. You just lost the business of 3 families. Is that enough detail for you in this review?

My very pregnant wife just had the worst experience with an arrogant male pharmacist who refused to listen to her and the doctors advice she’d been given in regards to indigestion drug suitability. Very loudly refused to accept the referral and spoke to an assistant about my wife right in front of her. When she spoke to him directly, telling him she would come back with a prescription, he cut her off and spoke loudly over the top of her, advising that a prescription meant nothing. Clearly he believes his opinion is superior to a doctors referral. Completely disrespectful and left my wife in tears.Will never use this pharmacy again, it’s clear that rather than helping their patients to find the right treatment, they’d prefer to lecture them and disregard doctors advice

Everyone can make a mistake; the new employee lost my prescription I kept in that pharmacy, and essential medication was lost and back order, I came back a few days after, and the regular staff was there; they worked hard to solve my issue and fix the back, order of medication by getting from, another branch, so in summary is not the mistake I keep remember it is the way they support to fix all issue and getting my medication, thank you very good customer service ( the lady with black hair :0

Always a great experience when I come here. All staff always take the time to get to know their customers and I always get great advice. Often when I find medicine cheaper elsewhere they are more than happy to price match it for me. I wouldn't concern myself too much with some of these 1 star reviews...some people are just never pleased.

Would prefer to give NO star's, the Pharmacist Siew Pui is very rude, no customer service. A different Pharmacist was working last Friday evening waited 45mins for a prescription, the poor lady before me was waiting even longer.Will definitely be changing Chemist:-(

Great local pharmacy. They get the job done and answer any questions you may have. No issues with the staff, as friendly as one would expect. pharmacy is always clean. That's what gets repeat business.

Bought vitamins here, got home and they expire in 2 weeks time. Wasn't offered a receipt at the time of purchasing (and frankly didn't think I would need one). Maybe check your stock expiry a bit more often.

The staff are always prompt and friendly; I've been a regular customer for years and I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad experience. Even after moving to Butler 18 months ago this has remained my chemist.
