Terrible service. My sister needs very important medication to prevent her seizures, even knowing this I’ve been dealing with extremely rude feminine “man” who can’t even have a tiny bit of compassion or understanding with the situation. He told us “go to ED then they’ll give her the medication”. And then when telling him our concerns, He told me “to call the police then” I can not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, absolutely no duty of care or compassion to a family who is very stressed out and dealing with a situation which is hard enough.

Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse is by far the best pharmacy in the area. Michael and his wonderful staff deliver consistently great customer service!Thanks for the truly excellent care!

Went there a week ago for some meds, girls at the front counter are always smiling. The staff behind the dispensary/pharmacy counter were too. Very busy that day, but felt welcomed and listened too. Walked out 5 minutes later without any hassle whatsoever.Well done guys, I appreciate it and I'll be back!

Always gr8 price's and friendly staff. Soooo much cheaper than other pharmacy's.

The shop and front counter people are great. The script part is shocking. Waited 15 mins for a simple script to be told it will be another 30 so we went to baldivis shops for about 1 hour came back and it still wasn't ready and had to wait 15 minutes. Then went to get a doctors note after thinking I won't be back going back to give another chance. We do notes for one day and I said that's fine and then to be told we are to busy to do a doctors note. It takes about 45 seconds to type my driver's license name onto a template and print for 20 odd dollars. Other chemists give a 2 day note if needed and straight away and are cheaper. Definately won't be back now for anything.

I want to make you aware of this situation. I came into the pharmacy today to fill a script.The 3 young girls behind the dispensary counter were so rude. The fact they made it a huge deal that I had chosen the original brand not pharmacy brand and then to make jokes about the product and why it's even needed They are just sugar tablets

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. No compassion, no understanding and no duty of care. Disgusting way to run a business. Young girls in front are lovely but the Pharmacy dispensary staff are rude and completely unhelpful.

Gavin used to be great to talk to. But I don't see me there often. Young Aussie girls are very professional polite and great customer service.However the some of the staff members are rude and make you wait forever. I went there few days ago to get Panadol. Lady with the french accent saw me standing and went away to her things. Not untill there were three other people lined up ,then she came over. It happens most of the time the staff ignore you and make you wait. I asked her do you have large bottle of Dymadonn. She said I told you we have only small" I could bearly hear her voice . I don't expect them to go beyond and above

Great price on prescriptions as long as you don't mind waiting up to 30mins for them to be ready. ( when they are quiet) I switched my account file to them from my usual due to the price but have not received any notification texts saying that my repeats are ready to be dispensed if I text back y. I am ADHD and really need this reminder or else I forget to go and fill in my scripts on file.My old pharmacy by the Ridge did this :(

Please check your scripts when you drop off. I was prescibed meds as daily when infact the original script said weekly by GP. Hence extra monitoring of my physical state. Bad mistake..
