Pharmacy 777 Subiaco - Station Street

This evening at approx 6pm approached a staff member at counter for advice on medication. No smile, looked very annoyed and had arms folder leaning against counter. Provided no helped just said “I guess you could continue taking medicine or try another”. When I asked to speak to a pharmacist for some extra advice was advised that they were the pharmacist. Badge did not state it otherwise I would never have asked. First time I’ve ever walked out of a pharmacy feeling like I was silly for asking for help. I will say the customer prior to me had the same outcome.

Pharmacy 777 is my local chemist. I have always been provided with excellent service by all the pharmacists, who always are quick to provide recommendations and listen to my ailments. The other staff are also very friendly. Last week my usual vitamins were not in stock, and had not been for a few weeks, so I bought this to their attention. The staff member looked up stock allocations and were able to put an order in for me. When that order was going to take a bit longer as the product is on back order within Australia the pharmacy contacted me by phone the next day. I was impressed at the efficient and friendly customer service.The pharmacy also has a lovely range of gifts which have been easy and convenient for me to pick up for special occasions.

Without a doubt the best pharmacists I've ever dealt with. Always helpful, super friendly and very reliable. Even when we move I will be making the extra effort to continue to come back to see them. Because seriously they are worth it!

Super friendly staff, as the name suggests! Also a great little pharmacy that isn’t your typical offering you usually see. Some great eco lines, natural beauty and giftware. Always beautifully presented too.

Fabulous service and staff are only too happy to help. The service is further highlighted as outstanding as pharmacies near by don't seem to value customer service. Well done to a great staff and team.

They sold me a cheap quality N95 mask which was not even usable at a ridiculous price. Threw it in the bin. Better get it from officeworks...

Main/Senior Chemist was pretty rude, unhelpful, abrasive (sorry if we caught you on a bad day but no need to take it out on customers). Clearly couldn't be bothered to help. Fortunately other staff members were much more helpful.

It’s always a delightful experience coming into this pharmacy. The staff here are extremely helpful and nothing is ever to hard for them, they just have that real care factor about them. They also stock an amazing range of scents & candles that I just adore.

Great service. I accidentally booked the wrong day for my flu shot but they happily and kindly took it in their stride fitting me in on the next available slot. In what is a very challenging and demanding time for pharmacists, their class really came to the fore
