My sincere gratitude to Ms. Lin Tzee (the Pharmacist). She is a very pleasant professional. She knows every detail about the medicines issued and is very generous in giving proper advise. She also has a very open mind when it comes to discussing alternative medicine. Her understanding of the patient needs is of the finest class. Very pleased with the service.

Very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. They also price match, which is very convenient as they are located beside the medical centre; saves a trip to the chemist. One of the cheapest place to buy CPAP products near Cannington. They also do sleep study and bulk billing.

They overcharge you so much. I bought two items that cost me $42 when in other stores even for full price it was only supposed to be $18. When I mentioned it they then said they can give me a slight refund and only gave me $6 back. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I just had a Diabetes education done by nurse Irene Pinto, she is always informative and helpful in every time. She handled my care plan before on this medical center and what is amazing with her is her ability to explain the condition and she always have this paper to draw inorder for you to understand it clearly. She also reminds you of the schedule of the booking when necessary. Not only this, she is always giving you options if the booking is not convenient to you anymore. She don't make you feel rushed and she takes time to cover everything you need. So I give my 5 stars rating because that was amazing she did! Thank you.

The GP here is not bad. However, the Treatment ECG is not organized at all. Said “please be seated and wait to be called” but the nurses will never call your number .They will just take whoever waits in front of the door . So if you are a gentleman and do as they ask you to ,you will be waiting there all day. This is real bad .

Wrong phone number listed in search engines. Both this and the correct one have extremely long preambles of utterly useless information. After getting to the end of that, calls for the latter just go to voicemail.Which would not even be required, had the attendant not retained the wrong prescription slip after an extremely lengthy prior visit, which is preventing other pharmacies from fulfilling the repeats.

Staff here are fantastically helpful. They have helped me on so many occasions with script issues. They are conveniently located so I can just pop in on my way home. I don't have to deal with shopping centres and parking and they are open every single day until late - and they are so fast! Makes me wonder what all the other chemists are doing when you stand there for 10 minutes watching them fiddle around behind their giant walls. These guys take your script, grab the medication, print up the stickers, and ring it up inside a couple of minutes. They always make sure you know when it is the last repeat and Lin just helped me sort out all my old scripts. This chemist is like having a family doctor that you never want to change. If you want personal service and avoid long queues then.this is the chemist for you.

Very helpful staff members. Customer service was excellent. I felt well looked after from the moment I arrived.
